The threat of litigation can be devastating to an individual or a business, and legal fees can be daunting. Kareem has been lead counsel against large law firms as both plaintiff and defendant counsel, and he has handled multiple litigations to their conclusion.

    Appellate Litigation

The panel, the record and the brief.

He knows the rules of procedure for appeals, whether you are being appealed or asking for an appeal. The skills came from his years as an editor on the Fordham Moot Court Board, and he has contacts in the appellate industry to present your briefing to the court.

    Contingency Litigation

A percentage, when the case supports one.

When he is confident about liability and the damages are large enough to attach a percentage to, he offers a contingency rate. Large defendants often try to stymie a smaller contingency litigant. He knows the federal and state rules thoroughly and has handled it before. Businesses can ask about the rate too.
